Job summary

The role requires strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a track record in B2B sales and account management. You will manage the full sales cycle and coordinate with internal teams to drive customer success.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related discipline.
• Prior B2B sales or account management experience.
• Experience in technology, IT solutions, office solutions or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing corporate accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Understand customers' business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations for clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
