Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related business field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales and/or Account Management.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing is an advantage.
• Excellent collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic-thinking and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of IT products and solutions is an advantage.
• Results-oriented with customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Willingness to meet sales targets and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize business opportunities and profitability.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of IT solutions based on client needs.
• Forecast and report quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to grow opportunities within the territory.
• Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reports on account status and opportunities.
• Assist with challenging client requests and escalations.
