Job summary

ibex Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Talent Mobility to strategically manage internal movement of talent across projects and locations.

You will collaborate with HR, operations, and leadership to align mobility with growth and business objectives. You will develop mobility strategies, allocate resources by skill and timeline, and ensure a positive employee experience during transitions, relocations, or project changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Several years of experience in talent management, HR, or related roles within BPO.
• Strong understanding of BPO operations, project management and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinking and alignment of talent mobility with business objectives.
• Familiarity with labor laws, compliance, and regulations related to talent movement.
• Proven experience in change management and navigating organizational shifts.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and tools.
• Can start ASAP

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent mobility strategy that supports business growth and project demands.
• Identify opportunities to enhance talent movement across departments, projects, and geographical locations.
• Collaborate with project managers, department heads, and operations teams to understand resource requirements and allocation needs.
• Allocate talent based on skillsets, project timelines, and business priorities to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Create a seamless and positive employee experience during transitions, relocations, or project changes.
• Provide guidance and support to employees throughout the mobility process, addressing concerns or challenges.
• Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of mobility initiatives.
• Regularly assess mobility outcomes and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with HR to align mobility, recruitment, and succession planning.
• Partner with business leaders to understand project requirements and align talent movement with goals.
• Develop and maintain mobility policies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Create policies addressing compensation, relocation, and remote work.
• Manage change and foster buy-in from employees and managers.
• Provide training and communication to ensure understanding of mobility processes and benefits.
• Collaborate with relocation vendors to ensure smooth talent relocations.
