Job summary

IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to align business objectives with employees and management across designated sites in the Philippines. The role acts as a consultant to management on HR issues and as an employee champion.

The role leads benefits administration, compliance, safety, training and development, and employee relations, partnering with site leaders to deliver value-added HR services aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field with a minimum of five years in HR or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local HR regulations (FMLA, ADAAA, OHSA, FLSA, etc.).
• Ability to partner with management and legal as needed to ensure compliance and effective HR support.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Advises management on HR-related issues across functions and sites.
• Handles, investigates, and resolves complex employee relations matters.
• Ensures compliance with wage and hour regulations and maintains regulatory knowledge.
• Manages leaves of absence and coordinates recruitment with the HR and recruiting teams.
