Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory information (FMLA, ADA, OHSA, etc.).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS management.

Responsibilities

• Partners with management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Advises on compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Manages employee relations, investigations, and performance coaching.
