IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking an experienced director to lead client partnerships and drive data-driven performance across global operations. The role requires coordinating with Training, Recruitment, and CST to align strategy aimed at improving performance.

You will manage multiple accounts with onsite and remote teams, champion continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, COPC, ISO, and PMO, and regularly engage senior executives locally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Aspires to Director role; prior experience managing multiple accounts/programs.
• Experience handling onsite and remote teams across sites/geos.
• Ability to leverage data analyses to drive improvements in sales, efficiency, or customer satisfaction.
• Strong Excel/SPSS and PowerPoint skills with data storytelling.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma, COPC, ISO, PMO.
• Regular interactions with senior executives, local and international.
• Experience with start-up implementations and redesign/alignment.
• Data-centric mindset with ability to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client single point of contact, managing interactions and strategic partnership for the program.
• Ensure client needs are met with high satisfaction while meeting contractual commitments.
• Identify ongoing opportunities for the program across the employee lifecycle.
• Ensure KPI consistency (QA, VOC, CX, AHT, RCR) across sites.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders on data-driven strategies and action plans.
• Represent BI team in client performance reviews and site visits when possible.
• Collaborate with operations to identify growth opportunities and improve processes.
