• End-to-end recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions and levels across the organization.
• Source, screen, and manage offers; oversee pre-onboarding activities and candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring reports to support decision-making.
• Ensure timely recruitment responses, adherence to SLAs, and compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with TA leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping based on current and anticipated hiring demands.
• Promote and strengthen the employer brand to attract qualified talent.
