Job summary

Datamatics CMS PH is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to drive our talent strategy in a hybrid setup. You will craft sourcing plans, build diverse candidate pools, and partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs across departments.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, screening, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment data and reports. Strong communication and social media literacy are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition and recruiting
• Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
• Understanding of role requirements and how to evaluate fit
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Input into overall hiring strategy to ensure diverse hiring
• Ensure staffing needs are met with long-term talent strategy
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines
• Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Source applicants through online channels (LinkedIn and others)
• Identify and refine down the most suitable talent
• Plan interview and selection procedures including screening and in-person interviews
• Assess candidates information including CVs and references
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Data gathering, analyze and create recruitment reports
• Keep records of recruitment materials and interview notes
