Job summary

GECO Asia is seeking a detail-oriented Service Analyst to support HR systems, UAT, deployment validation, and process improvements. You will work with DevOps, technical, and business teams to ensure tests are thorough and changes are properly documented and implemented in a hybrid setup in Taguig.

Immediate availability preferred; 6-month contract, renewable, with a market-competitive salary. Location: Uptown Tower 3, Taguig City, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/HR/BA or related field.
• Experience supporting SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or HR systems.
• Knowledge of UAT, defect management, and deployment validation.
• WalkMe configuration experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform UAT in SAP, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow Case Management.
• Execute testing, reviews, sign-offs, and deployment readiness checks.
• Coordinate with DevOps and business teams to resolve defects.
• Document results in HP ALM and detail failed scenarios.
• Support continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
