Travel + Leisure Co is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for senior roles across Southeast Asia. You will develop sourcing strategies, partner with leaders to optimize processes, and manage employer branding across multiple channels.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder collaboration, and strong communication while expanding hotel and hospitality recruitment across the region.

Qualifications

• Extensive end-to-end recruitment experience across roles and countries.
• Experience with behavioral interview techniques.
• Ability to influence Hiring Managers and leaders.
• Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools and reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-level roles (M band and above).
• Develop sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to optimize recruitment processes and timelines.
• Coordinate testing and assessments and ensure compliance.
• Analyze data to improve hiring outcomes.
