Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is a global BPO provider hiring an HR Generalist to support our Manila team. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, performance management, and HR administration in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with department heads to ensure strong recruitment execution, compliant documentation, and timely HR processes while maintaining data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field.
• Hands-on recruitment experience and interview skills.
• Excellent English communication and confidentiality.
• Based in the Philippines and able to work full-time from the Eastwood office.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day recruitment for open positions.
• Coordinate onboarding and new employee setup.
• Support employee relations, attendance, and performance management.
• Maintain confidential HR records and HR trackers.
• Prepare HR reporting and internal communications.
