Qualifications

• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruiter roles with full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed and social channels.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions from intake to offer.
• Source active and passive candidates through channels like LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit.
• Create compelling job descriptions and promotional materials representing the role and employer brand.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to reduce vacancy duration.
