SuperStaff is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Executive to own the full-cycle recruitment for a US client. You will be a talent advisor and brand ambassador, attracting, engaging, and securing top talent that fits our culture and business goals.

The role emphasizes efficient process management, sourcing across LinkedIn, Indeed, training institutes and referrals, and strong stakeholder collaboration to shorten vacancy duration. Onsite night shift in Ayala Ave, Makati.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed and social channels.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ATS and HR databases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, training institutes, and referrals.
• Screen candidates to assess skills, experience, and culture fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Analyze recruitment data to improve time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
