Job summary

QBE Group Shared Services Centre is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to lead full life‑cycle recruitment across the business towers. You will identify candidates, build professional relationships, and deliver a high‑quality, cost‑effective service aligned with the People strategy.

Responsibilities include strategy formulation with executives, pipeline building, interviewing, offers, and collaboration with external firms while ensuring regulatory and internal compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/tech.
• Moderate recruitment experience is required.
• Experience engaging with executives and senior leaders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Formulate recruitment strategies by communicating with executives and senior leaders.
• Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of qualified talent using sourcing channels.
• Manage full life-cycle recruitment: search strategy, interviewing, presenting candidates, offers, hiring processes.
• Collaborate with external recruiting firms and manage SLAs and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal requirements and support the People strategy.
