In this role you will lead structured selection processes, deliver high-quality outcomes, and use data-driven insights to inform workforce planning.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in consulting, engineering, or professional services.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Data-informed mindset with ability to translate insights into action.
• Curiosity and proactive talent engagement.
• Commitment to inclusive, high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities
