Qualifications

• Experience delivering full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to advise and influence talent acquisition leaders and senior partners.
• Proven track record in direct sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline development.
• Knowledge of inclusive, skills-based hiring and structured assessments.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with careful attention to candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for ANZ portfolios from requisition to onboarding.
• Lead intake meetings to clarify priorities, role outcomes, and timelines.
• Develop recruitment strategies aligned to role, market, location, and remuneration.
• Advise hiring managers with market intelligence and clear recommendations.
• Prioritize direct sourcing and build sustainable pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Create inclusive job ads reflecting roles, skills, values, and employee proposition.
• Coordinate interviews, manage logistics, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Oversee due diligence, offers, negotiations, and compliance per policy.
• Collaborate with People Ops, onboarding, and regional teams for smooth transitions.
• Maintain records in ATS/HR systems; ensure data quality and audit readiness.
• Track metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline health to improve outcomes.
