Job summary

Aurecon is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to provide end-to-end recruitment support for the assigned business unit across Asia. You will partner with Hiring Managers to understand priorities, shape sourcing strategies, and guide candidates through a fair, efficient process.

You will deliver market insights, manage the recruitment lifecycle from briefing to onboarding, and help build diverse talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience ideally within consulting, engineering, or professional services.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end recruitment support to assigned business unit across Asia.
• Lead structured, inclusive selection processes and manage full lifecycle from role briefing to onboarding.
