Concerted Management Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Recruitment Manager to lead sourcing, screening, and hiring in line with company policies. You will design manpower fulfillment plans, build an employer brand, and ensure compliant, timely staffing across regions.

You will optimize recruitment systems (EMS, plantilla module), generate reports, coach staff, and drive KPI-aligned performance while maintaining data privacy and equal opportunity standards.

Responsibilities

• Develops manpower fulfillment planning and recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Leads end-to-end recruitment operations: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Establishes a strong employer brand on platforms to attract talent.
• Implements process improvements and conducts recruitment enablement sessions.
• Utilizes multiple recruitment channels to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Monitors compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and maintains records.
• Conducts initial screenings and interviews for managerial roles.
• Tracks recruitment metrics and turns around approved manpower requests.
• Oversees EMS plantilla module and other recruitment systems for sourcing and tracking.
• Prepares regular reports to evaluate strategy effectiveness.
• Evaluates and coaches staff, aligning appraisals with KPIs.
