Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and drive end-to-end recruitment initiatives for a growing outsourcing operation in Quezon City. The role emphasizes sourcing strategy, stakeholder engagement, and building a strong talent pipeline across functions.

The ideal candidate will manage a TA team, partner with senior leaders, and deliver measurable recruiting outcomes while improving processes and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 5+ years leading high-performing recruiting teams in a fast-paced environment, preferably BPO.
• Proven ability to develop and articulate hiring strategy for complex lines of business.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and shaping recruitment policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the talent acquisition team from sourcing to placement.
• Build relationships with business leaders and align recruitment with business goals.
• Develop innovative job advertisements and sourcing strategies to improve candidate quality.
• Deliver recruitment services with efficiency goals and coaching for peers.
• Coordinate with vendors and hiring managers to redeploy TA resources as needed.
