Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven track record.
• Experience in a TSP Industry is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and manage candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company hiring policies.
