Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment, develop sourcing strategies, and align talent plans with business goals. You will partner with leaders, drive employer branding, and optimize processes to deliver high-quality hires efficiently.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, data analytics, and hands-on leadership to build effective pipelines across corporate and operational roles in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment with leadership exposure.
• Experience in both strategic and hands-on recruitment management.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and partnering with business leaders.
• Experience in high-volume, corporate, retail, service, or multi-site recruitment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, recruitment technology, and talent market practices.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition strategy development aligned with business growth and workforce plans.
• Translate hiring requirements into actionable recruitment plans and timelines.
• Set recruitment priorities, sourcing strategies, and hiring targets.
• Monitor market trends and inform recruitment strategies.
• Improve hiring speed, quality, and candidate experience through innovative approaches.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to pre-employment coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
• Build sustainable pipelines across high-volume and niche roles.
• Establish governance, metrics, and continuous process improvements in recruitment.
