Qualifications

7+ years of recruiting experience, including leadership roles in IT staffing.
Experience supporting enterprise clients with multi-requisition engagements.
Familiarity with a broad range of IT disciplines.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters across enterprise client accounts.
Oversee daily recruiting activity with emphasis on urgency and quality.
Monitor KPIs, identify pipeline gaps, and drive data-driven improvements.
Own team performance dashboards and report to leadership regularly.
Collaborate with sales and leadership to translate priorities into recruiting actions.
Contribute to recruitment playbooks, SOPs, and workforce planning.
