Job summary

The candidate will take accountability for the Company's hiring, providing strategic direction and hands-on recruiting for all organizational needs. You will collaborate with Management on recruiting alignment and future direction, and work with OZ heads on qualification to drive successful hiring.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a 4-year bachelor’s degree in BS Psychology and HR Development Management.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship/work experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of multiple sourcing channels management.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
• Broad talent market connections with industry and recruiting agencies.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and building relationships.
• Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
• Recruiting strategies experience.
• Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflow between Candidates, Hiring OZs, and the Recruiting team.

Responsibilities

• Fill staffing requisitions with qualified candidates on time.
• Lead development of new recruitment processes and trends to keep the company competitive.
• Drive design, development, and delivery of effective sourcing plans.
• Manage the Sourcing Team and report on its performance.
• Monitor end-to-end recruitment and implement improvements.
• Develop and administer an effective ongoing recruitment process.
• Coordinate with Operations and OZs to meet headcount goals; work with management at all levels.
• Develops recruitment plans, goals, strategies, and activities.
• Establishes and maintains a recruiting network with schools, training centers, and organizations to source applicants.
• Produces reports and metrics to forecast, measure, and evaluate recruitment activity and quality.
