Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Corporate Talent Acquisition professional to support end-to-end recruitment across corporate functions, driving sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and data-driven insights to strengthen talent acquisition outcomes.

The role partners with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and process excellence across recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Corporate Recruiting environments.
• Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, competency-based interviewing, and candidate assessment techniques.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and trends.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment activities for corporate and professional roles across multiple business functions.
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to build high-quality talent pipelines.
• Leverage various sourcing channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, talent communities, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct candidate screening and behavioral-based interviews to assess qualifications, skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview scheduling and recruitment logistics with candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage candidate records and recruitment workflows within the ATS.
