Job summary

Latte Recruitment in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end hiring for our growing team. You will source, screen, and coordinate candidates while collaborating with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions.

You will lead talent pipelines, track KPIs, and drive recruitment campaigns that strengthen employer branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with JobStreet, LinkedIn, Kalibrr, Monster, and basic ATS; MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Strategic recruiter with sourcing skills (Boolean search, talent mapping, and more).

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates to meet client staffing needs.
• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling with clients and candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and generate reports.
• Develop recruitment campaigns and contribute to employer branding.
