The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and proven experience in high-volume recruitment, with expertise in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various job portals.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience leading or supervising a recruitment team.
• Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities and manpower fulfillment.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with goals.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent requirements and priorities.
• Guide the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Oversee sourcing channels and build candidate pipelines for key roles.
• Monitor metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire and provide updates.
• Drive process improvements to enhance candidate experience and hiring quality.
• Strengthen employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
