Job summary

Latte Search is seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and leadership positions. You will identify and secure top-tier talent, build trusted relationships with clients and candidates, and deliver placements aligned with business goals.

You will conduct executive searches, map talent, and maintain confidential candidate profiles while collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet salary benchmarks and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years in recruitment, preferably executive search or headhunting.
• Experience recruiting managerial, senior leadership and executive roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive searches for senior management, director, VP and C-level roles.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job portals and networks.
• Headhunt and map talent to build a strong pipeline of executives.
• Research target companies and industries to identify potential candidates.
• Coordinate the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement and offer.
