Job summary

RED in Makati City is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, partnering with business leaders to align hiring with capability needs.

You will mentor junior recruiters, drive process improvements, and ensure compliant, efficient hiring across functions while collaborating with regional teams to deliver strong candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in multinational or fast-paced environments.
• Strong exposure to professional, corporate, or technical hiring.
• Experience managing onboarding programs or pre-employment processes is an advantage.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills; trained in competency-based interviewing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and MS Office/Teams tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles, from requisition to offer.
• Develop sourcing strategies via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen candidates, conduct competency-based interviews, and present qualified shortlists.
• Partner with leaders to understand workforce plans and role requirements.
• Maintain recruitment SLAs and KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction).
• Strengthen employer brand through recruitment marketing and partnerships.
• Manage recruitment vendors and ensure compliance with labor regulations and policies.
• Oversee onboarding processes, including pre-employment checks and IT/HR coordination.
• Mentor junior recruiters and collaborate with regional/global teams on projects.
