Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Recruitment Officer - Account Management in Quezon City for a hybrid, dayshift to midshift role. You will act as a strategic Talent Account Partner, driving end-to-end recruitment success through collaboration with client stakeholders and internal teams.

Responsibilities include aligning client hiring demands with delivery capabilities, managing candidate quality, and ensuring smooth hiring cycles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Talent Account Partner, Client Relationship Recruiter, or Account Management Recruitment role within an RPO, BPO, or offshore managed services environment.
• Strong background in managing client relationships while collaborating closely with offshore or centralized recruitment delivery teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in candidate assessment, pipeline management, and talent acquisition best practices.
• Solid track record of managing recruitment SLAs, account fulfillment metrics, and client expectations.
• Stakeholder management, consultation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate complex client dynamics and lead collaborative teams.

• Act as a strategic Talent Account Partner, driving end-to-end recruitment success through deep collaboration with client stakeholders and tight synergy with our internal recruitment delivery team.
• Blend talent acquisition expertise, consultative client relationship management, and delivery orchestration to align client hiring demands with fulfillment capabilities.
• Serve as the central bridge between client needs and delivery execution—ensuring high-quality candidate matches, optimized hiring cycles, and strong partnerships across both sides of the account.
