Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a Recruitment Manager (Talent Account Partner) in Metro Manila to lead end-to-end client management for corporate accounts. You will own relationships with HR Directors and executives, drive growth, and govern delivery across non-technical functions, ensuring SLA compliance and successful outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in recruitment solutions and 2–3 years in client account management, with a hybrid work setup and opportunities for continuous learning and career

Qualifications

5+ years of total recruitment and talent solutions experience.
2–3 years dedicated to Client Account Management in corporate, commercial, RPO, or agency environments.
Experience managing recruitment accounts across non-tech domains such as Finance & Accounting, Sales & Marketing, HR, Customer Operations, Shared Services / BPO.

Responsibilities

Own strategic client relationships with HR Directors, Business Unit Heads, VPs, and executives.
Drive account growth, retention, and service expansion through consultative governance.
Lead formal client reviews (Weekly Syncs, QBRs, MBRs) with recruitment insights and market trends.
Oversee delivery metrics and budgeting for recruitment operations and governance.
