Your Role
We are seeking a consultative, client-focused Recruitment Manager to act as the primary strategic relationship manager and account owner for our corporate, commercial, and professional services client accounts. In this role, you will lead end-to-end client management, account growth, demand forecasting, and service delivery governance across non-technical verticals (e.g., Corporate Functions, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Operations, Customer Service, and Shared Services). While you will not directly line-manage recruiters or sourcers, you will oversee talent delivery output numbers and metrics produced by our centralized Talent Delivery Team to ensure client satisfaction, strict SLA compliance, and target fulfillment. Additionally, you will oversee site operational readiness, vendor interactions, office administration, and account budgeting to ensure seamless, end-to-end account management.
Strategic Core Responsibilities
Strategic Client Relationship Management & Partnership
- Primary Account Ownership: Serve as the trusted talent advisor and primary point of contact for client HR Directors, Business Unit Heads, VPs, and executive stakeholders.
- Client Retention & Account Growth: Proactively manage client satisfaction (NPS/CSAT), build strong multi-threaded relationships across client business units, and identify opportunities for account retention and service expansion.
- Consultative Governance: Lead formal client business reviews (Weekly Syncs, QBRs, MBRs), presenting recruitment insights, market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability across non-technical corporate functions.
- Escalation & Problem Resolution: Serve as the lead point of escalation for client feedback, requisition priorities, service bottlenecks, or talent profile alignment.
Talent Delivery Oversight & Target Fulfillment
- Oversee Delivery Output: Monitor, evaluate, and hold governance over fulfillment metrics generated by the internal Talent Delivery Team (Submit-to-Interview, Time-to-Shortlist, Offer Acceptance Rate, Target Fill Rate).
- Delivery Strategy Alignment: Translate client business goals, workforce plans, and role requirements into clear sourcing briefs and execution plans for delivery specialists.
- Pipeline Governance: Track candidate velocity across all active client accounts, identifying pipeline bottlenecks early and driving strategy pivots to ensure fulfillment on time and within budget.
- Offer Management & Closing: Oversee candidate offer structuring, negotiation strategy, and post-offer alignment between clients and candidates.
Account Administration, Facilities & Operations
- Budget & Cost Management: Oversee account budgets, margin performance, and recruitment spend to optimize profitability and cost-per-hire parameters.
- Facilities & Site Readiness: Coordinate facilities management, workspace setups, and operational readiness for account-dedicated office environments or client site visits.
- Vendor & OEM Interaction: Manage vendor partnerships, service agreements, and third-party supplier contracts related to recruitment operations and account administration.
- Office Administration: Oversee administrative workflows, account documentation, contract compliance, and billing alignments.
Core Competencies
- Strategic Vision & Execution: Ability to develop and communicate vision and strategic plans that align talent acquisition strategies with broader client business objectives.
- Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional capability to build, maintain, and nurture long-term consultative relationships with corporate leadership and hiring managers.
- Delivery Performance Governance: Strong orientation toward tracking, evaluating, and driving key delivery metrics and SLA compliance across matrixed delivery teams.
- Commercial & Industry Acumen: Deep understanding of corporate structures, business operations, shared services, and general professional hiring markets.
- Negotiation & Influence: Skilled in candidate offer negotiations, contract management, and executive stakeholder alignment without formal line authority.
Key Skills & Capabilities
- Analytical Skills: Advanced data analysis and metric tracking to evaluate delivery output, pipeline conversion rates, and account profitability.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to evaluate complex account scenarios, anticipate delivery challenges, and execute practical solutions.
- Attention to Detail: High standard of accuracy in client reporting, contract compliance, billing, and SLA tracking.
- Strategy Planning: Expertise in building end-to-end recruitment roadmaps, account retention strategies, and workforce demand planning.
- Facilities Management: Experience coordinating site readiness, physical workspace setup, and operational environments for account teams.
- Maintenance Coordination: Managing upkeep and operational support for account systems, workstations, and office infrastructure.
- Vendor / OEM Interaction: Proven ability to manage third-party suppliers, service vendors, and contract deliverables.
- Office Administration: Comprehensive understanding of business operations, administrative workflows, and organizational support.
- Budget and Cost Management: Demonstrated ability to manage account P&L metrics, vendor spend, recruitment costs, and account margins.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven capacity to influence cross-functional delivery teams, inspire accountability, and guide client stakeholders.
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills: Outstanding presentation, executive negotiation, and client-facing communication skills.
What You Need
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of total recruitment and talent solutions experience, with 2 to 3 years dedicated heavily to Client Account Management or Client Relationship Management in corporate, commercial, RPO, or general agency environments.
- Industry Focus: Experience managing recruitment accounts across non-tech domains such as Finance & Accounting, Sales & Marketing, HR, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, or Shared Services / BPO.
- Delivery Oversight: Track record of monitoring delivery output, pipeline metrics, and SLAs through a shared or matrixed delivery team without direct line-management authority.
- Operational Capability: Hands-on familiarity with account budgeting, vendor management, and office administrative workflows.
