Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to manage major accounts and guide clients on hiring needs and culture fit. You will benchmark salaries, map talent, and oversee recruitment progress to ensure targets are met.

You will lead verbal offers, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding handover with stakeholders while delivering clear updates on recruitment health and blockers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3–4 years of solid recruitment experience with account management or large corporate accounts.
• Ability to translate complex recruitment data into clear client updates.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills during verbal offer stages.
• Experience managing client expectations and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for major accounts and align hiring needs.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and talent mapping for clients.
• Monitor recruitment progress and metrics to meet client targets.
