Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related field.
At least 5 years of B2B business development or sales experience.
Strong experience handling large enterprise accounts and major projects.
Established network among end users, system integrators, consultants, contractors, developers, and key industry accounts.
Strong understanding of project-based and solution selling.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned industries and key accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with end users, system integrators, consultants, contractors, developers, and partners.
Generate and manage a healthy pipeline of projects and opportunities.
Promote integrated security and networking solutions to customers.
Coordinate with product and technical teams to tailor solutions.
Manage opportunities from engagement through negotiation and closing.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and regular account visits.
Develop strategic accounts and expand Dahua's market presence.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
Achieve assigned revenue and business development targets.
