Job summary

Dahua Technology HK Limited in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to expand project-based security solutions. You will identify new customers, projects, and market opportunities, and build strong relationships with system integrators, contractors and end-users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• At least 5 years in Business Development or related roles.
• Experience in project-based or solution selling.
• Experience in CCTV, video surveillance, access control, or related solutions is highly preferred.
• Established network with system integrators, contractors, developers, or government accounts.
• Proven track record of high-value projects and sales targets.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow project business by identifying new customers, projects, and market opportunities.
• Build relationships with system integrators, contractors, consultants, developers, distributors, end-users, and partners.
• Manage the full business development cycle—from lead generation to closing.
• Develop new key accounts and strengthen existing relationships.
• Identify and manage project pipelines and ensure timely follow-up.
• Work with customers to understand requirements and propose solutions with Pre-Sales.
• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and project discussions.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Product, Channel, and internal teams to support opportunities.
• Achieve sales, revenue, and project targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM data for customers, projects, opportunities, and sales.
