Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a senior professional to drive partnerships and corporate development for growth of value-added services. You will lead strategic collaborations, evaluate opportunities, and coordinate across Legal, Finance, Risk, and Operations to deliver scalable business models.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, performance tracking, and governance across partner ecosystems to sustain profitability and impact.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in product/business development (preferably 2 years in a managerial role).
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships that expand VAS offerings (insurance, device protection, health, digital services, etc.).
• Source and evaluate new business opportunities, including joint ventures, distribution partnerships, and ecosystem plays; lead negotiations and structure terms.
• Develop business models to ensure long-term profitability and scalability of partnerships; define KPIs and conduct business reviews.
