Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Head of Secured Loans to design and drive auto loan products (used vehicles) while ensuring profitability and alignment with underwriting and risk principles. The role leads sales strategy and commercial success across dealer networks.

The candidate should have deep experience in auto financing, product development, and strong data analytics to optimize performance and KPI tracking. A dynamic leader will shape campaigns and partnerships across channels.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of work experience in auto loans / used car loans / pre-owned car loans / 2-wheelers sales or financing.
• Experience in leading successful product and customer contract creation
• High analytical and data-driven decision maker

Responsibilities

• Building a strategy, planning, developing, and executing sales and product strategy for auto loans (used / pre-owned motorcycle units)
• Overseeing the marketing campaigns, customer journey etc.
• Monitoring performance through data analysis and designing KPI’s for impacted teams
• Create and manage relationship with large dealers of used cars and other automobiles
