Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a senior Collections leader to own the non-acquisition, revolving and digital product portfolio from concept through implementation and measurement. You will partner with Sales, Product, CRM and Digital to optimize cash loans, revolving lines, credit cards, BNPL and the mobile app.

Lead end-to-end initiatives, influence design early in the lifecycle, and drive AI adoption to improve recoveries and customer experience across portfolios.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of collections, credit risk, or consumer finance experience.
• Experience with cash loans, revolving lines, credit cards, digital lending, BNPL.
• Understanding of how product design drives delinquency and recovery.
• End-to-end delivery track record from idea to measured result.
• Project management capability and initiative measurement design.
• Practical understanding of AI applications in collections or credit risk.
• Advanced financial acumen and P&L impact awareness.
• Knowledge of AB testing and segmentation methodologies.
• Ability to steer and coordinate analytical teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end topics from idea to adoption and outcomes.
• Act as the single Collections interface to Sales, Product, CRM and Digital for multiple products.
• Influence design at concept stage to protect risk and improve outcomes.
• Assess terms, pricing and limits to manage risk cost and recovery.
• Drive AI adoption across product lines from pilot to production.
• Represent collections in Customer Lifecycle and Loyalty initiatives.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Analytics and Support teams for app features.
