Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an experienced sales and marketing leader in Metro Manila to drive revenue growth and manage key accounts. The role requires coordinating with clients, operations, and finance to ensure timely proposals, favorable terms, and strong account retention.

The ideal candidate will have a proven record in sales leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to meet annual targets and corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a 4-year baccalaureate program in Management or related field.
• At least 4 years of sales/marketing experience, of which 2 years in a supervisory role and 1 year in a managerial capacity.
• Ability to communicate effectively and adhere to corporate protocol.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualizes and implements sales strategies to retain and grow major accounts.
• Coordinates with clients, their representatives, and internal departments to resolve sales issues and ensure smooth contracts.
• Leads acquisition of new accounts and submits timely proposals.
• Ensures timely closure of deals and execution of contracts with both new and existing accounts.
• Submits monthly sales reports to CEO and Finance/Accounting.
• Coordinates with Finance for receivables and aging of accounts, and supports collections as needed.
• Develops and submits annual plans, programs, targets, and budgets, and oversees their implementation.
