Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a senior sales professional to lead strategies for QSR clients and key accounts in Metro Manila. The role requires managing complex B2B cycles, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will negotiate contracts, set pricing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions while tracking pipeline and forecasting revenue. Travel to client meetings and events is expected.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in senior sales roles within QSR, foodservice, or hospitality.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and enterprise accounts.
• Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into action plans.
• Strong understanding of franchise models and multi-location business operations.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and business development.
