Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Sales Manager in Pasay City to drive revenue through strategic client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. You will lead a high-performing sales team, coordinate with finance on receivables, and ensure timely deal closures.

The role demands strong leadership, 4+ years in Sales/Marketing, and experience in logistics or freight forwarding. You will report to the Sales Department and work Monday to Friday with a transportation allowance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management or related field.
• 4+ years in Sales and Marketing.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in sales.
• 1 year managerial experience.
• Experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, business development, and account management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal departments
• Prepare and submit sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deal closures
• Monitor sales performance and submit monthly sales reports to management
• Coordinate with the Finance and Accounting team regarding receivables and account collections
• Assist in resolving payment concerns, billing issues, and escalated collection cases
• Develop annual sales plans, programs, targets, and budgets
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Sales team
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members while promoting accountability and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales agreements, and operational procedures
• Address operational concerns and recommend improvements to management
• Perform other duties related to sales operations and business development
