Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Metro Manila invites an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth, architect sales strategies, and strengthen major accounts while coordinating with Operations and Finance for seamless deals.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years in sales and marketing, at least 2 years in a supervisory role and 1 year in management, plus strong communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Graduate of 4-year baccalaureate in Management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in sales and marketing; 2 years in supervisory role; 1 year in managerial capacity.
• Ability to communicate effectively and with awareness of corporate protocol.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualizes and implements sales strategies to retain and expand markets, and to maintain and grow major accounts.
• Leads acquisition of new accounts and ensures timely submission of proposals.
• Ensures swift closure of deals for new and existing accounts through timely proposals and contract signing.
• Submits monthly sales report to CEO and Finance and Accounting Manager.
• Coordinates with Finance on receivables and aging of accounts under assigned clients/accounts.
• Assists in follow-ups for accounts requiring sales intervention, particularly key and strategic clients.
• Develops and submits annual plans, programs, targets, and budgets; oversees their implementation.
