Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in sales/marketing, with 2 years supervisory and 1 year managerial experience.
• Strong communication with awareness of corporate protocol.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Innovativeness and creativity; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualizes and implements sales strategies to retain and expand markets and major accounts.
• Coordinate with clients, reps, and internal departments to minimize sales-related concerns and resolve issues.
• Lead acquisition of new accounts and ensure timely submission of proposals.
• Ensure swift closure of deals through timely proposals and contract signing.
• Submit monthly sales reports to CEO and Finance manager.
• Coordinate with Finance on receivables and aging; assist in collections for key accounts.
• Engage with clients to address concerns, disputes, or payment delays.
• Develop and submit annual plans, programs, targets, and budgets; oversee implementation.
• Monitor sales staff performance and implement development programs.
• Handle operational concerns beyond delegated authority and escalate when needed.
