Job summary

MangoJob- Recruitment Platform | Jobs & Hiring App is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive in Metro Manila to manage a sales pipeline from lead qualification to closing. You will coordinate with internal teams and customers to meet revenue targets.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and negotiation skills, experience with CRM systems, and the ability to develop account plans, forecast sales, and report progress while traveling as needed within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; college level acceptable.
• 1–3 years sales experience preferred; junior level considered.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience sales relevant to product/market preferred.
• Able to use CRM, email, and basic reporting tools.
• Travel or field work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage leads from qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop account plans and coordinate commercial requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts and report pipeline progress.
• Build professional customer relationships and understand business needs.
• Coordinate pricing, availability, delivery, and after-sales concerns with internal teams.
