Job summary

You will manage leads through qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing, develop account plans, prepare forecasts, and build strong customer relationships to address business needs. Some field travel may be required.

Qualifications

• College Level or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred; junior roles possible.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and results orientation.
• CRM, email, and basic sales reporting tools experience.
• Field travel or target-based work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage leads from qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop account plans and coordinate commercial requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts and report pipeline progress.
• Build professional customer relationships and understand business needs.
• Coordinate pricing, availability, delivery, and after-sales concerns with internal teams.
