Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years sales experience, incl. at least 2 years in sales management.
• Proven sales management with responsibility for teams and revenue targets.
• Strong commercial strategy, negotiation, forecasting and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Set sales targets, territories, account priorities and execution plans.
• Manage sales supervisors or representatives and review pipeline performance.
• Develop pricing, channel, key account and market growth strategies.
• Coordinate forecasts, inventory, marketing, operations and customer delivery.
• Report revenue, margin, risks and action plans to management.
