Job summary

foodpanda in the Philippines is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to expand our partner network in Metro Manila. You will identify and recruit new restaurants, present our premium packages, and close deals through field visits, calls, and virtual presentations.

You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to incubate vendors, monitor competition, and push sales targets. Strong communication in English and local languages, plus field experience, are highly valued, and Salesforce CRM

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, mass communication or related area preferred.
1–2 years experience in sales, business development, upselling and similar areas; field sales preferred.
Good understanding of Sales Pipeline Management.
Excellent communication skills in English; Filipino and local dialect helpful.
Open to fresh graduates with internship in sales.
Willing to conduct extensive fieldwork in Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas area.
Persuasive and motivated to over-achieve sales targets.
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Acquire new restaurants to partner with us.
Close deals with target restaurants by cold calling, fieldwork, and virtual presentations.
Present foodpanda’s packages to potential vendors.
Collaborate with other departments for vendor incubation.
Exceed sales goals and participate in performance-based incentives.
Be the local representative; monitor competitor activities and provide feedback.
Gather feedback from partner restaurants and provide recommendations to management.
