• Experience in supporting and assisting customers and colleagues via phone, Skype and email.

• Strong team player with good organizational skills and high levels of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Working to the strict Service Level Agreements you will ensure that customers have the appropriate stock of toner/ink to ensure their Business Continuity
• Ensure that all eM-related requests and incidents raised in Siebel or the team email account are processed within agreed timescales and provide the high standard level of service that they expect.
• Maximise percentage of eMaintenance connected and toner-managed devices
• Perform system housekeeping as needed, working methodically to review data for accuracy.
• Provide performance updates against KPIs set.
• Support others to add, remove and administer device set-up as needed.
