Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in a SaaS or cloud company (sales, customer success or renewals)
• Experience managing complex renewal negotiations
• Strong collaboration, negotiation and relational skills
• Renewal forecasting, pipeline development and management
• Proven track record of client satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent presentation skills and consultative business acumen

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage renewals with focus on increasing MRR and NRR
• Manage renewal terms, pricing and extensions with customers for upsell/cross-sell/multi-year terms
• Articulate Zoom’s platform benefits and TCO to different personas
• Develop renewal strategies to maximize retention and revenue
• Analyze market trends and customer data to improve renewal rates
• Engage customers to align Zoom capabilities with their objectives
