Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a Renewals Analyst to manage a high-volume portfolio of accounts, apply contract terms, and move renewals on schedule. This role supports safeguarding recurring revenue and requires strong attention to detail and CRM proficiency.

Based onsite in Ortigas for US hours, you will handle forecasting, pricing increases, and nonstandard terms, leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency while ensuring accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of renewals, sales ops, or similar role.
• Experience managing high-volume accounts and deadlines.
• Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM to manage opportunities, quotes, data, and workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret pricing, dates, terms, and financials.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills for 300+ accounts.
• Sound commercial judgment in negotiations, pricing, renewal exceptions.
• Ability and willingness to use AI tools and automation in renewal workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals for 300+ accounts with accuracy and on-time processing.
• Create and process renewal opportunities and quotes in Salesforce.
• Review contracts for pricing, increases and notice requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues delaying renewals.
• Apply commercial judgment to negotiations and pricing requests.
• Maintain renewal records in Salesforce with forecast dates and amounts.
• Identify delinquent or at-risk renewals and escalate as needed.
• Use AI and automation to improve efficiency while validating outputs.
