Job summary

KMC Solutions seeks a Rapid Response Specialist in the Philippines to own the full sales journey—from fast inbound qualification to multi-stakeholder campaigns—driving revenue with Zoom Phone solutions.

You will engage C-suite and VP-level executives, deliver compelling technical demos, and conduct QBRs to drive upsells and customer success within a fast-paced SaaS environment. This is a fully remote role based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Direct SaaS/Cloud selling experience, UCaaS, telephony or web conferencing preferred.
• Strong experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot) and MS Office.
• Proven consultative selling approach addressing client business needs.
• Ability to juggle multiple accounts with sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales and product objectives.
• Qualify leads and identify prospect needs, engaging technical resources as required.
• Create client demos/presentations, quotes/proposals, and QBRs.
• Conduct high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level executives.
• Use solution-selling to guide the sales process to close effectively.
• Develop and maintain business within existing accounts and manage complex campaigns.
• Upsell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships.
• Utilize CRM to provide timely sales activity updates and forecasts.
• Work with management to forecast opportunities and identify trends.
